A total Dissapointment

It's almost been a week i moved out from the hostel. everything was perfectly fine, until today. actually, i had class on 11.30 am, and somehow on 9 am, there was no water in the bathroom. i can't take bathe. what even worse, i was doing laundry. all my clothes were all inside the washing machine. it's an automatic one. so, as you know the automatic will function itself. if the water don't reach on it's level, it won't work. i had to wait until this evening but there was not even single drop water came through from the pipe.

then, i text my housemate. she replied that, i need to look at the water meter downstairs. (silly me. i don't know anything about that. (-_-"))

then, i looked at it and noticed some asshole change the meter (i completely forgot the word). i mean, he shut down the meter so no water will go into our pipes.

then i fixed it. and go in the bathroom to check the water if it okay. the water was there, but it ran slowly. my housemate said maybe we use water tank (i don't honestly know that), and maybe the tank was empty. i trust her and wait for an hour. after an hour the water still running slowly. i too all my clothes in the machine and wash them by my hands. really really disappointed today. and i just take bathe. arrggghhhh!
