aku da upload 3 video tentang 3 perempuan yang berbeza tetapi, berada di dunia yang sama. sesape yang perna melalui bende-bende ni, mesti diorang akan setuju dengan pe yang dikatakan oleh mereka. 

bagi sesape yang masih berada di dalam dunia ni dan tak rasa nak berhenti, mesti akan bermati-matian untuk menegakkan sasha grey tapi bagi aku ini semua terpulang pada diri masing2.

tapi aku perlu akui, memang sangat susah untuk berada di dalam bilik dengan seorang lelaki yang ko tak kenal langsung, tak tahu pe dia nak wat, betul ke dia akan bayar ko, atau die akan lari sebaik sahaja lepas sesi tu. it was really hard.

dan pe yang sasha lalui, aku fikir di sebabkan duit, mereka boleh menjadi pembohong yang berjaya, seorang yang mampu menjadi kaku seperti patung. patung tu bila da lama kelamaan, tidak cuba untuk keluar, dia akan menjadi patung selama-lamanya. jika tidak akan bende yang membuatkan dia tersedar. contohnya, HIV dan STD.

untuk mereka yang masih bergiat aktif, fikir-fikirkan. untk yang mahu keluar dari dunia itu, pe yang ko perlu buat hanya bangun dari katil dan keluar dari bilik itu, dan jangan toleh kebelakang.

Tests for Sexual Transmitted Disease (STD).

I would like to start this thread with assalamualaikum and a very good evening for no one anyone that read this post. as i said at the previous post, since i was sexually active, it is necessary for me to get test for STD. but the issue here is when will i do it. hmm... actually, i'm quite scared to do the test. but it is important for me to check myself so then i won't effect anyone else. so, i guess i will do it..later. :P

ok, let's get back to the business. i was wondering, if i want to get the test, which test should i do, and what is more important, what should i say to the doctor. should i say, "doc, i was sexually active, therefore i want to test myself for STD"? hmm...i;m not quite sure that is the right question. therefore, i searched a bit about tests for STD. i found out that there are many type of tests for STD. it is necessary for us to know, what type or what test that we like to get.

Not all doctors perform the same tests for sexually transmitted diseases, known as STD testing. Learn which tests you may need, which you might have to ask for and the limitations of STD testing.

the tests are differ from men and women. so, if women:

At a minimum, get a Pap test — a simple procedure that collects cells from your cervix to test for cancer or precancerous changes. Cervical cancer can arise as a result of HPV infection — a common STD.

Pap tests are recommended for women who are age 21 and older or no later than three years after a woman's first intercourse. If you're between age 30 and 69 and you've had the same sex partner and normal Pap tests for the past three years, you can probably have less frequent Pap tests — every two to three years.

Routine testing for chlamydia also is recommended for women under age 25.

and for men:

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines don't suggest routine STD testing if you don't have any symptoms, unless your sexual practices include having sex with men.

If you're a man who has sex with men, annual testing for HIV, syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhea is recommended. HIV and syphilis can be life-threatening if untreated, and chlamydia and gonorrhea can put you at greater risk of acquiring HIV and other STDs.

• Genital sores, including fluid-filled blisters, ulcerations or warts
• Unusual discharge from your penis or vagina
• Abdominal pain or fever along with unusual vaginal discharge in women, which may indicate pelvic inflammatory disease (PID)

The CDC also encourages HIV testing, at least once, as a routine part of medical care if you're an adolescent or adult between the ages of 13 to 64. The CDC advises yearly HIV testing if you are at high risk of infection — for example, if you've had unprotected sex with more than one sexual partner since your last test.

my fear

petang tadi aku baru je sampai kat kampus dari JB. kire ok la...my 2-days vacation. walaupon tak lama, tapi at least aku balek. pe yang lagi best, aku balek ngan abang aku. so, secara otomatiknye waktu aku balek, de sume famly members aku la. aku leh nampak la parents aku happy sebab leh gather ramai2, n makan bersama. n orang yang paling gembira adalah mak aku. of course...sebab dulu kalo aku de kat umah, aku yang accompany her almost all the time, then bile aku sambung blaja, die cam x de orang sangat nak bercerita.

de beberapa kejutan waktu aku balek. first of all, as aku da gitau kat previous post aku, aku lepas kan skandal aku n someone yang aku leh anggap dl lelaki bakal bf aku. tapi bile da kantoi segala2 nya, aku terpaksa lepaskan kedua2 nye. tapi..lelaki tu still contact aku. mungkin die risau aku x leh fokus or pe waktu minggu exam ni. tapi aku da gitau die banyak kali aku akan okay....walaupon aku sendiri x pasti aku akan okay ke x.

one thing funny about guys yang melekat ngan aku, kesemua nya, (kecuali my first ex-bf aku) sume nye de kelulusan IT, x kesah la diploma @ sijil, n berkait rapat sangat ngan motosikal n kete. by means, diorang keje mekanik @ ske upgrade kete. x ketinggalan gak rupe diorang agak ganas. even kawan aku pon admit, diorang nampak ganas. tapi aku still ske. kat mane nsem nye pon aku x tau.

maybe aku x pandang nsem @ duit, mungkin aku pandang chemistry...seseorang yang aku leh get along. leh berciter dan bertanya pe yang aku nak tau. lebih2 lagi tentang kereta. walaupon aku x de lesen mahupon perna membawa kerata la kan.

other than that, the other day aku de chat ngan sorang...kenalan aku. die de tanya sesuatu yang aku sendiri takot nak fikir. STD. sexual transmitted disease @ penyakit kelamin. bile citer pasal STD, mesti la bende yang pertama aku fikir adalah HIV. die soh aku g check-up. walaupon dl aku perna wat check-up, tapi aku x percaya sangat kalo wat medical-up ni. kebesean diorang banyak yang wat report sambil lewa. so, kalo nak tau betol2 aku de kene effect, aku kene la wat ujian darah, n pap smear.

segan sbena nye nak wat tests tu sume. lebih2 lagi ngan umo muda aku. tapi point kenalan aku tu memang betol. aku kene wat since i was sexually active. kalo aku de penyakit, at least aku leh try ubati diri aku dari effect orang len yang innocent. at least aku tau pe yang x kene ngan diri aku. soalnye..bile nak wat ni?? ugghhh..
